Prepainted Galvabized Steel
PPGI is pre-painted galvanised iron, also known as pre-coated steel, coil coated steel, color coated steel, hot laminated, hot dipped galvanized steel etc., typically with a hot dip zinc coated steel substrate.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel, in the metallurgy of steel, minimum 10.5% of between 11% chromium obtained by adding alloy is defined as. Stainless steel does not corrode or rust and does not leave water stains on it like ordinary steels. However, it is not completely stain proof, low oxygen and poor circulation environments and high salinity affect stainless steel. Chromium rate and passivation rate determine the corrosion and rust resistance of steel.
Electrical steel
Electrical steel (lamination steel, silicon electrical steel, silicon steel, relay steel, trans- former steel) is an iron alloy tailored to produce specific magnetic properties: small hysteresis area resulting in low power loss per cycle, low core loss, and high permeabili- ty.
Electrical steel is usually manufactured in cold-rolled strips less than 2 mm thick. These strips are cut to shape to make laminations which are stacked together to form the laminated cores of transformers, and the stator and rotor of electric motors. Lamina- tions may be cut to their finished shape by a punch and die or, in smaller quantities, may be cut by a laser, or by wire EDM.
Aluminized steel
Aluminized steel is steel that has been hot-dip coated on both sides with aluminium-sili- con alloy. This process assures a tight metallurgical bond between the steel sheet and its aluminium coating, producing a material with a unique combination of properties pos- sessed neither by steel nor by aluminium alone.
Copper tube
Copper tube is most often used for heating systems and as a refrigerant line in HVAC systems. Copper tubing is slowly being replaced by PEX tubing in hot and cold water applications. There are two basic types of copper tubing, soft copper and rigid copper. Copper tubing is joined using flare connection, compression connection, pressed con- nection, or solder. Copper offers a high level of corrosion resistance but is becoming very costly.
Aluminum tubes
Aluminum tubes are a lightweight choice which gives a futuristic feel to the room. To threaded forms of tubing a variety of fasteners are given. Aluminum Pipe is a machined part widely used for all types of indus- trial projects where lightweight and corrosion resist- ance are the primary concern.
Galvanized steel Tube
Galvanized steel is a type of steel that has been galvanized by the application of a zinc coating throughout its body so that it can be protected from corroding or rusting. Galvanized steel has a longer life and durability compared to non-galvanized steel.
